How to hide Hun­gover Skin

1 " GOSH! I WAS PAR­TY­ING ALL NIGHT"

“Six- eight hours of undis­turbed sleep is es­sen­tial, as your skin sheds dead cells and un­der­goes a re­pair sys­tem at night to give you a rested glow in the morn­ing,” says Dr Madhuri Agar­wal, Con­sul­tant Derm at The Skin Clinic, Mum­bai. Fake a full eight- hours with prod­ucts that do the ex­act trick for your skin. " Use a toner to plump your skin and tighten pores," says Agar­wal. Then use a scrub to slough off dead cells, fol­lowed by a light- re­flect­ing cream and foun­da­tion.

2 " MORE DRINKS MEAN MORE PIM­PLES"

" A rise in your su­gar in­take re­sults in break­outs," ex­plains Dr Si­mal Soin, Derm at Three Graces Spa, New Delhi. " Take multi- vi­ta­min sup­ple­ments and min­er­als like zinc and se­le­nium for healthy, smooth skin. Also drink plenty of water to flush out tox­ins from your body," says Agar­wal. Re­mov­ing all traces of make- up at night is key. And if you're too tired to cleanse, keep fa­cial acial wipes handy for a quick job.
