(1) Stand with your feet slightly turned out, heels touching. (2) Lift your right leg behind you so it’s at hip height. Return to start. That’s one rep; do 30, and switch legs.
Plié and Kick
(1) Squat down into plié position, with your hands touching the floor in front of you. (2) Put your hands on either side of your left leg, and kick your right leg out to the side so it’s in line with your hip. Return to start. That’s one rep; do 30, and switch sides.
