“We spent all of last night work­ing on our track and I need to get out of bed at 7am and be ready for the early morn­ing shoot. I’ve not had enough sleep and I know I’m go­ing to be cranky. So I de­cide to try a dif­fer­ent route. I work off my tired, aching-to-com­plain en­ergy with a quick swim in the ho­tel’s pool. It works like magic! 30-min­utes later and I’m feel­ing calmer, rested and ready to get back to work.”
