My cook­ing style is... sim­ple, hon­est and cre­ative. The one se­cret in­gre­di­ent that works ev­ery time is... fresh basil. My favourite dish to cook on a lazy day at home... freshly made pasta with a tomato and basil sauce, sprin­kled with lots (and lots) of olive oil! My top tips for cook­ing at home... keep a well stocked larder and don’t try to use too many in­gre­di­ents or flavours at one time.
