My cooking style is... simple, honest and creative. The one secret ingredient that works every time is... fresh basil. My favourite dish to cook on a lazy day at home... freshly made pasta with a tomato and basil sauce, sprinkled with lots (and lots) of olive oil! My top tips for cooking at home... keep a well stocked larder and don’t try to use too many ingredients or flavours at one time.
