White Choco­late and Nutella Truf­fles

100gms dark choco­late, chopped 1/2tbsp but­ter 2tbsp cream 1/4 cup Nutella 1 cup white choco­late chips 1tsp oil; choco­late sprin­kles and co­coa pow­der. and nutella in a mi­crowave. Stir ev­ery 20 sec­onds. Bring it out and let it chill for 30 min­utes in the re­frig­er­a­tor.

Use a scoop spoon to make small balls of the mix. Dust with co­coa pow­der for easy han­dling. Re­frig­er­ate in the freezer for 5 min­utes.

Melt white choco­late chips and oil to­gether. Dip each truf­fle in the melted choco­late to coat it, then place on a sheet of wax pa­per. Dec­o­rate with sprin­kles and white choco­late.
