400gms dark choco­late 100gms each of cashew nuts, salted pis­ta­chios, roasted al­monds, sliced dried apri­cots, and white choco­late chips 50gms each of pecan nuts, macademia nuts, and cran­ber­ries.

Line a rec­tan­gu­lar tin with parch­ment pa­per. Chop the choco­late into lit­tle pieces and put in a mi­crowave-safe bowl. Heat for 2-3 min­utes, stop­ping at ev­ery 30 sec­onds to stir them.

Once melted, pour out into the tin, and quickly spread out the nuts and dry fruits on it. Press them a lit­tle to make sure they get into the choco­late.

Freeze for about 10-15 min­utes till set. Re­move gen­tly, place on a chop­ping board, and cut into slices.
