OF THE MONTH
Build them at the base with the TRESemmé range of products.
STEP # 1
A distressed bun, such as the one seen at Dolce & Gabanna is a hot look for fall. To get it right, hair needs to have oodles of shine. So start by prepping it with the TRESemmé Smooth & Shine range to ensure that your style looks healthy even though it may be a bit dishevelled.
STEP # 2
After roughly blow drying the hair straight with a big round brush, mark a centre part in the front three inches from the hairline. Sweep the rest of the hair behind, and back comb the hair around the crown to add volume. You can also pin a switch under the hair to add lift.
STEP # 3
Sweep all the hair towards the nape of the neck and secure with a grip. Divide the low ponytail into a few sections and roughly twist them around the bun to make a peice-y, textured bun. Secure the sections with U-pins and finish with hair spray to secure the style in place.
