FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY
Use these tips as your knight-inshining-armour on days when you’re squirming with fear, pain, depression or lack of selfconfidence.
1. Create a life grid containing different boxes that will represent areas of your life—work, family, physical health, spirituality, finances, friendships, etc. Set up a goal and first step in each box. For instance, your goal in the physical health box could be to be more toned and flexible. Pick three boxes to start with so you don’t feel overwhelmed.
2. Instead of being a victim, conquer your mind with an actionbased approach and positive vocabulary.
3. Power is important. Have enough power over yourself to feel excited to initiate action. Use powerful slogans like, ‘I am powerful and I am loved, loving and I love my power’. Repeat this aloud 25 times in the day, noon and night and feel the energy of the statements.
4. Relax, be positive, distract that chatterbox voice in your head, expand your comfort zone everyday, take responsibility for your actions.
