“It all be­gan with a per­son­alised cater­ing busi­ness in 1995. A few years later, I opened my own restau­rant and also hosted some shows on tele­vi­sion.”

“I opened my restau­rant Bus­aba in 2001.”

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE CUI­SINE?

“I love French food. It’s a highly del­i­cate and sub­tle cui­sine.”

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE DISH ON THE BUS­ABA MENU?

“Ac­tu­ally, there are three that I re­ally like! There’s the steamed fish with lime, chilly and gar­lic, the de-shelled crab in Thai red curry and the Burmese kauk­swey.”
