9 Mas­saged Kale Salad

1 bunch kale leaves, roughly torn; 1½ tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice; 2 tbsp ex­travir­gin olive oil; ¼ tsp salt; 1 pear, cut into a medium dice; ½ cup goat cheese In a large bowl, mix kale, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt, and mas­sage with your fin­gers un­til the kale is slightly wilted. Add chopped pear and cheese. Dress salad lightly with pome­gran­ate vinai­grette. Fin­ish with freshly ground black pep­per and pome­gran­ate.
