IAMCP sets 2014 agenda
The International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) recently organized the Welcome New Year 2014 event in Mumbai.
The event, which saw attendance by Microsoft representatives and channel partners, started with a demonstration of SharePoint by Nitin Paranjpe, Founder and CEO, Maxoffice Services. In an interactive session Paranjpe showed partners ways to earn services revenue from SharePoint. He said, “Learn about the product, and you can not only tighten your presales pitch but also earn services revenue by training customers.”
Mukesh Thumar, President, IAMCP India (West), announced the agenda for IAMCP for 2014 and beyond. “We want Microsoft to provide unflinching support, launch priority programs and extend competitive benefits for IAMCP partners,” said Thumar.
Added Pravin Rege, Vice President of the association, “It is time Microsoft recognized our contribution and offered preferential treatment to IAMCP members; our new team will make that happen by working closely with Microsoft.”
Kartik Shah, Treasurer of the association pointed out the benefits of IAMCP membership. He detailed avenues through which partners can win laurels and more importantly, expand their business worldwide with the help of the thriving Microsoft partner community.
