Rashi conducts annual sales meet
Rashi recently concluded the eleventh edition of its annual sales meet, the Rashi Champions Meet (RCM), at Panvel near Mumbai.
Themed Strive for the Best, the purpose of the RCM was to award the best performing Rashi sales executives and to discuss strategies for the coming financial year.
Attended by 225 executives from across India, the meet was also attended by vendor executives from the 14 brands that Rashi distributes.
On the sidelines of the meet, the distributor had planned team-building activities including a nightbox cricket tournament, sports competition and a motivational session that included fire walking. Delegates were also taken to Adlabs Imagica.
Said Rajesh Goenka, VP, Sales & Marketing, Rashi, “This year we had planned activities aimed at fostering a fighting spirit to enable our sales teams to face the challenges of the slow market.”
