A JUDICIAL commission report revealed that former Kerala chief minister Oommen Chandy, along with his staff and other Congress leaders, helped prime accused Saritha S. Nair and Biju Radhakrishnan raise funds from private investors for her solar company.

THE COMMISSION has also recommended probe into allegations of sexual exploitation by Saritha S. Nair against some Congress leaders.
