MOBILE PHONE SIGNALS ARE MISSING

- Pratap Mallampati, General Secretary for Environ Towers B-Block Owners Welfare Association, 9849036912 pratap.elite@gmail.com Mamatha Nagar Colony, Nagole

Mobile phones today are a vital part of the daily life. If any area suffers from lack of signals or of weak strength, life becomes very difficult.

We, a 250-family community by name Environ Towers, residing at Mamathanagar Colony, Nagole, Hyderabad, are among those unfortunate facing this problem. Despite repeated complaints to leaders in telecoms like BSNL, Airtel and Reliance, the mobile signals in our area continue to be so weak that mobiles do not work.

Upon complaints to senior management, the towers are boosted temporarily for a week only. It is not practical to keep complaining every week for the signals.

For years now, these companies have been saying that new towers will be installed but it has not happened.

I believe that the problem can be overcome if these companies install repeaters in our area.

We have been facing this issue for years now. We hope one of the companies react positively to this published complaint and solve our problem.
