WRONG PENALTY LEVIED BY BAJAJ FINSERV
This is a complaint against Bajaj Finserv. I have 3 loan accounts with Nos 400CDD38563066, 400REM41632896 and 400REM42801424.
I paid advance EMIs for the month of September on August 29 through Bajajfinserv online payment gateway. I have the confirmation SMS that the payments have been received for the month of September 2017 which were due on September 2, 2017. On September 10.
However, I got an SMS that my EMI cheque had bounced. I was also told that a penalty of `450 for each loan account has been charged and they blocked my EMI card also.
I would like to draw the attention of the concerned person to kindly check my account. It would be clear from this that I have done everything on my side and the company should waive the fine and refund the `1350 cheque bounce penalty charges.
They also should unblock my EMI card at the earliest.
