This is a com­plaint against Ba­jaj Fin­serv. I have 3 loan ac­counts with Nos 400CDD38563066, 400REM41632896 and 400REM42801424.

I paid ad­vance EMIs for the month of Septem­ber on Au­gust 29 through Ba­ja­jfin­serv on­line pay­ment gate­way. I have the con­fir­ma­tion SMS that the pay­ments have been re­ceived for the month of Septem­ber 2017 which were due on Septem­ber 2, 2017. On Septem­ber 10.

How­ever, I got an SMS that my EMI cheque had bounced. I was also told that a penalty of `450 for each loan ac­count has been charged and they blocked my EMI card also.

I would like to draw the at­ten­tion of the con­cerned per­son to kindly check my ac­count. It would be clear from this that I have done ev­ery­thing on my side and the com­pany should waive the fine and re­fund the `1350 cheque bounce penalty charges.

They also should un­block my EMI card at the ear­li­est.
