Ilodged a com­plaint with BSNL (No.118383999011, Septem­ber, 10, 2017) to say that broad­band ser­vices and lan­d­line tele­phone were not func­tion­ing.

Till date noth­ing has been done to ad­dress the com­plaint

We called the au­thor­i­ties many times. They take the de­tails but noth­ing hap­pens after that.

Be­cause of their at­ti­tude, cus­tomers suf­fer and aban­don the ser­vice provider. We have opted to mi­grate our eight mo­bile con­nec­tions to Air­tel be­cause of this. Now is the turn of lan­d­line and broad­band.
