COMPLAINTS TO BSNL A WASTE, CUSTOMERS OPT TO MOVE OUT
Ilodged a complaint with BSNL (No.118383999011, September, 10, 2017) to say that broadband services and landline telephone were not functioning.
Till date nothing has been done to address the complaint
We called the authorities many times. They take the details but nothing happens after that.
Because of their attitude, customers suffer and abandon the service provider. We have opted to migrate our eight mobile connections to Airtel because of this. Now is the turn of landline and broadband.
