Violation alleged in DOST-2018 quota
The Telangana Recognised Degree and PG College Managements alleged violation of norms pertaining to reservations in the allotment of seats for degree colleges in the first phase of DOST.
Mr B. Laxma Reddy, chief adviser to the body, said evidence had been collected to show that software had been manipulated to prefer government colleges. He said sliding option was not being implemented. Denying the allegations, DOST convener Prof. R. Limbadri said, “We have conducted the process as per the procedure.” He said 81,333 students had confirmed admissions and 15,107 students had opted for sliding.
