Addressing mediapersons at Civil Supplies Bhavan, Mr Akun Sabharwal, civil supplies commissioner, announced the new initiatives of the department.
He said consumers could express their grievance by writing their complaint on a white paper, which will be taken up the authorities.
The respondent will be served notice, and both the parties — the aggrieved peson and the respondent — will be counselled on Saturday. The counselling sessions will be conducted by the department.
