IGNORING TRAI

Hathway, our cable operator, has released different packs as per the TRAI guidelines. We have been paying `250 per month till date to view all channels. Now, the cable operator has grouped the channels into `350, `400, `450, `500 and `600 per month packs. These packs include many channels that we do not want to watch. This clearly violates TRAI’s aim of ‘Do not pay for channels you don’t want to view’ is defeated. I request TRAI to plug the loop hole and help viewers.
