BMC’s A ward gets poor response for waste mgmt
managements (ALMs) in the ward which are not promoting civic body’s waste processing at source. “At present, at only one place in A ward, waste is bring processed,” said a senior civic official.
The A ward authorities held a meeting between bulk generators and supplier of various waste processing technology on September 28 at Hotel Taj President in Colaba. “The outcome of the meeting was not encouraging,” said Kiran Dighavkar, assistant commissioner of A ward.
