Sud­hir Suryawan­shi Mum­bai: In a land­mark order, state Rev­enue Min­is­ter Chan­drakant Patil has ruled that merely chang­ing trustees does not amount to tran­si­tion of prop­erty rights. The order will ben­e­fit The Kok­i­l­aben Am­bani Hos­pi­tal in And­heri which is cur­rently em­broiled in a case and owes the Mum­bai Sub­ur­ban Col­lec­tor Rs 174 crore in fines. The Mum­bai Sub­ur­ban col­lec­tor had ob­served, in an ear­lier order, that the Malati Vas­ant Heart Trust had moved the own­er­ship rights to the hos­pi­tal. Turn to P4
