‘ Don’t agree, but appreciate the attempt’

CHEF SARANSH GOILA No, I don’t agree with it because it’s a pizza. While I appreciate the attempt, as machinery and technology allows us to have a vending machine preparing fresh pizzas in four minutes so it can handle the wide sea of commuters everyday, nothing can come close to a fresh vada pav or bhel puri that is made by human hands — as a personal touch is all that good food needs.

Also, if we are using a machine to prepare food — it would’ve been amazing if they had used this same technology to serve something that is more local ( Indian) — maybe dabeli or stuffed parathas or tikki chaats.

Vada pav is an all- time favourite for commute.
