‘ Dif­fi­cult to dish out a pizza in very quick time’

CHEF RO­HAN D’SOUZA, BRAND CHEF, Sil­ver Beach En­ter­tain­ment & Hos­pi­tal­ity Pvt Lim­ited The con­cept is good con­sid­er­ing pizza is a very pop­u­lar and an easy, pick up food item, but con­sid­er­ing the pop­u­la­tion, it will be a dif­fi­cult task to dish out a pizza quickly since the gen­eral pub­lic is in a haste as per my ob­ser­va­tion.

In­dian- style sand­wiches are a good bet for such a con­cept. I can’t think of any other street food which can be chan­nelled through a vend­ing ma­chine as all taste good in its cur­rent for­mat.

If I were trav­el­ling by the train, which I have not done in a while, it would be the fa­mous vada pav and the mirchi pakoda in bread.
