Goolar ka chokha

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS 1 and a half cups goolar, cleaned and chopped 1/4 cup finely diced onion 1 tsp minced gar­lic 1/2 tsp minced green chilly 1 tsp mus­tard oil Salt to taste METHOD Boil the goolar in suf­fi­cient wa­ter till soft. Drain the wa­ter. Mash the goolar or blend in a blen­der. Mix with the other in­gre­di­ents. Serve with khichdi, daal and rice or as a side dish to any In­dian meal.
