Dumka, Jhark­hand | CBI ar­rested for­mer chief min­is­ter Madhu Koda for al­lot­ting this block to Jin­dal Steel and Power Ltd and Ga­gan Sponge. They had bagged the coal block by mis­rep­re­sent­ing facts. Jin­dal had al­legedly bribed Dasari Narayan Rao who was then the min­is­ter of state for coal
