Anil Bhasin to lead Cisco’s ser­vices busi­ness in In­dia

Cisco an­nounced the ap­point­ment of Anil Bhasin to lead its ser­vices division in In­dia and Saarc re­gion. An in­dus­try vet­eran with more than 25 years ex­pe­ri­ence, Bhasin be­gan his Cisco ca­reer in 2001, as the head of its Bank­ing and Fi­nance (BFSI) and Com­mer­cial busi­ness for the western re­gion, where he dou­bled the rev­enue for both busi­nesses. Based in Mum­bai, Bhasin will re­port to Glen Cox, VP, Cisco ser­vices, Asia Pa­cific, Ja­pan and China. As part of his man­date, Bhasin will over­see the build-up of mo­men­tum for Cisco Ser­vices, driv­ing smart ser­vices adoption and help­ing cus­tomers and part­ners plan, build, and man­age Cisco tech­nolo­gies and so­lu­tions for suc­cess. Cisco’s dif­fer­en­ti­ated smart ser­vices are crit­i­cal to this pro­gres­sion, by pro­vid­ing cus­tomers with in­sight into their net­work’s be­hav­ior and sta­tus, and proac­tively ad­dress­ing po­ten­tial is­sues.
