DQ Channels - - The Perspective -

Nandita won a scholarship programme in the US , and with the prize money she received, she started her own business. She considers Micheal Dell, the owner of Dell, an inspiration as far as entrepreneurs go. She wanted to be an entrepreneur right from the time she was a kid. Education was also considered very important. “I would advise aspirants to work harder on themselves rather than comparing with others”. She recruits employees through campus recruitments and has a strong HR policy as a result of which attrition is much less. She follows a co-worker culture at office where everyone respects each other and says it is a “flat” hierarchy. Nandita has to her credit, the introduction of videoconferencing In Asia Pacific and also videoconferencing in cloud computing. Nandita advises people to be emotionally strong and focus on working hard. Sketching, painting, observing people are some of her hobbies.
