What is your de-stress and fit­ness mantra?

I al­ways find some time for my­self. My day be­gins with in­dulging in my pas­sion for Gar­den­ing. The day ends with Solv­ing Killer Su­doku Puz­zles and read­ing. I pre­fer yoga as I am epilep­tic. I love lis­ten­ing to mu­sic as it is the heal­ing touch to ev­ery­thing. Spend­ing time with my fam­ily and friends has al­ways been a stress buster.

A nu­tri­tious diet, my fridge is al­ways stocked with mi­cro greens, sal­ads, fruits and pro­teins to the brim. Smooth­ies, sal­ads, soups and sand­wiches are part of my sta­ples. I al­ways try new and dif­fer­ent recipes.

If not an ex­ec­u­tive, what you would had like to be­come?

I se­cretly wish to open a gift ham­per store . It’s my pas­sion and hope­fully some­day I hope to own a small Shoppe.
