What type of ERP so­lu­tions you pro­vide?

In In­forTran, we pro­vide so­lu­tions which are tar­geted to meet SME seg­ment needs, built on Open source tech­nol­ogy stack. In­forTran has de­vel­oped niche Busi­ness So­lu­tions us­ing open source tech­nol­ogy stack, pri­mar­ily fo­cus­ing on the needs of En­ter­prises in growth stage. These En­ter­prises aim to rely on tech­nol­ogy and IT au­to­ma­tion needs for op­ti­miza­tion of busi­ness op­er­a­tions. The man­age­ment teams of such en­ter­prises aims to re­main com­pet­i­tive in their mar­ket place by tak­ing data driven in­formed de­ci­sions for day to day op­er­a­tions as well as fu­ture growth.

In­forTran has been help­ing var­i­ous such En­ter­prises in un­der­stand­ing their busi­ness re­quire­ments and chal­lenges and de­sign­ing busi­ness so­lu­tions which are eas­ily adopt­able by their end users.

In to­day’s area, there are plenty of ERP so­lu­tions providers. How dif­fer­ent your prod­uct is?

We pro­vide Busi­ness So­lu­tions tar­geted to over­come a sin­gle or mul­ti­ple Busi­ness chal­lenges of an En­ter­prise. We are not just an­other ERP Prod­uct com­pany and we do not com­pete in that space. What makes us unique is we have mod­ules spe­cific for start-up com­pa­nies also. In­forTran has been help­ing var­i­ous such En­ter­prises in un­der­stand­ing their busi­ness re­quire­ments and chal­lenges and de­sign­ing busi­ness so­lu­tions which are eas­ily adopt­able by their end users.

Ex­plain the top 5 as­pects, your ERP so­lu­tion ad­dresses the pain points of any SME/ MSMEs?

SMEs can buy just 1 or 2 mod­ules which cater to their key func­tion and they can keep adding new mod­ules/func­tion as and when they grow, without any down time.

What are your chan­nel plans in In­dia?

We are in the process of re­cruit­ing chan­nel part­ners in A and B class cities of In­dia.

What kind of chan­nel part­ners you are look­ing for?

Com­pa­nies and in­di­vid­u­als with a pas­sion for sell­ing and con­tribut­ing to the growth of SME mar­kets in In­dia. It can be largely cat­e­go­rized as Char­tered Ac­coun­tants, Hard­ware re­sellers, Man­age­ment and Qual­ity Con­sul­tants, Women En­tr­preneurs.

What are the cri­te­ria for be­com­ing your chan­nel part­ner?

Com­pa­nies and In­di­vid­u­als with a pas­sion for sales and cus­tomer re­la­tion­ship man­age­ment can en­roll with us as a chan­nel part­ner. We con­firm and ac­cept regis­tra­tion through our se­lec­tion process and guide the chan­nel in sales process.

Ex­plain your distri­bu­tion model. We have 3 types of part­ners Re­fer­ral Part­ners, Sales Part­ners and So­lu­tion Part­ners.

What are the top 5 ad­van­tages join­ing with you?

The client is locked with the part­ner and it’s a life time earn­ing for all ex­ist­ing as well as fu­ture busi­ness.

[Both Lo­cal and Vir­tual sales is en­cour­aged ] There are no re­stric­tions as to which city/state a part­ner can sell. For ex­am­ple, a part­ner in Hy­der­abad can sell to a client in Mum­bai.

The part­ner will be hand holded suf­fi­ciently dur­ing the pre­sales en­gage­ment.

The bud­get is open, part­ner can rec­om­mend mod­ules and ser­vice com­po­nents de­pend­ing on client ap­petite and busi­ness need.

It’s a highly scal­able busi­ness model.

Also, cus­tomers not un­der AMC gets paid one time sup­port on a need ba­sis and most im­por­tant is train­ing is part of pack­age cost.
