What type of ERP solutions you provide?
In InforTran, we provide solutions which are targeted to meet SME segment needs, built on Open source technology stack. InforTran has developed niche Business Solutions using open source technology stack, primarily focusing on the needs of Enterprises in growth stage. These Enterprises aim to rely on technology and IT automation needs for optimization of business operations. The management teams of such enterprises aims to remain competitive in their market place by taking data driven informed decisions for day to day operations as well as future growth.
InforTran has been helping various such Enterprises in understanding their business requirements and challenges and designing business solutions which are easily adoptable by their end users.
In today’s area, there are plenty of ERP solutions providers. How different your product is?
We provide Business Solutions targeted to overcome a single or multiple Business challenges of an Enterprise. We are not just another ERP Product company and we do not compete in that space. What makes us unique is we have modules specific for start-up companies also. InforTran has been helping various such Enterprises in understanding their business requirements and challenges and designing business solutions which are easily adoptable by their end users.
Explain the top 5 aspects, your ERP solution addresses the pain points of any SME/ MSMEs?
SMEs can buy just 1 or 2 modules which cater to their key function and they can keep adding new modules/function as and when they grow, without any down time.

What are your channel plans in India?
We are in the process of recruiting channel partners in A and B class cities of India.
What kind of channel partners you are looking for?
Companies and individuals with a passion for selling and contributing to the growth of SME markets in India. It can be largely categorized as Chartered Accountants, Hardware resellers, Management and Quality Consultants, Women Entrpreneurs.
What are the criteria for becoming your channel partner?
Companies and Individuals with a passion for sales and customer relationship management can enroll with us as a channel partner. We confirm and accept registration through our selection process and guide the channel in sales process.
Explain your distribution model. We have 3 types of partners Referral Partners, Sales Partners and Solution Partners.
What are the top 5 advantages joining with you?
The client is locked with the partner and it’s a life time earning for all existing as well as future business.
[Both Local and Virtual sales is encouraged ] There are no restrictions as to which city/state a partner can sell. For example, a partner in Hyderabad can sell to a client in Mumbai.
The partner will be hand holded sufficiently during the presales engagement.
The budget is open, partner can recommend modules and service components depending on client appetite and business need.
It’s a highly scalable business model.
Explain your post sales service/service support including training We provide 12 hrs * 6 days – Unlimited skype, Tele call and Email Support with an SLA of 2 hours response time for customers under AMC. Also, customers not under AMC gets paid one time support on a need basis and most important is training is part of package cost.
