How was the per­for­mance of Shree IT So­lu­tions in the FY 2016? What were your key growth driv­ers dur­ing the fi­nan­cial year? Amit:

These three quar­ters have been great so far, we are grow­ing as there is an in­crease cus­tomer de­mands. The key growth driv­ers for this term will be an ex­pan­sion of our prod­uct port­fo­lio by of­fer­ing Len­ovo Server/Stor­age and var­i­ous soft­wares.

What are your prod­ucts and so­lu­tions of­fer­ings? How does the port­fo­lio con­trib­ute to Shree IT So­lu­tion’s rev­enues? Amit:

We of­fer end to end so­lu­tions in IT-Hard­ware, Soft­ware, Net­work­ing and Ser­vice for the cor­po­rate clients. We also pro­vide soft­ware so­lu­tions and Dat­a­cen­tre com­mis­sion­ing. Ma­jor por­tion of rev­enue is con­trib­uted by trad­ing of hard­ware and soft­ware prod­ucts. So­lu­tions also con­trib­ute a sig­nif­i­cant por­tion.

What are the grow­ing seg­ments in your busi­ness? Which busi­ness ver­ti­cals do you ad­dress? Amit:

The so­lu­tions seg­ment is quite grow­ing in our busi­ness. We are fo­cus­ing on soft­ware of­fer­ings and net­work­ing projects. We are present in SMB, Mid and Large mar­kets but stronger in the mid mar­ket.

How will you an­a­lyse the over­all growth of IT busi­ness? Amit:

As Govern­ment has launched many ini­tia­tives, third party ven­dors have started work­ing for them and grad­u­ally IT de­mand has also in­creased. Though, the mar­gins are sink­ing but de­mands in end to end IT so­lu­tions are in­creas­ing.

How is your align­ment with Len­ovo? Amit:

We are Plat­inum part­ner with Len­ovo and aligned for PC, Server and stor­age busi­ness. We are get­ting more sup­port and prod­uct of­fer­ing from Len­ovo. This is re­sult­ing in in­crease in our rev­enue.

What are the key trans­for­ma­tions you have ob­served in Len­ovo’s server busi­ness strat­egy post IBM’s X86 Server Busi­ness ac­qui­si­tion? Amit:

Len­ovo has opened its door for tier 2 part­ners like us. This has helped us to of­fer server and stor­age to our clients. This has led to more con­fi­dence and sup­port to Len­ovo part­ners to of­fer Server & stor­age prod­ucts to clients.

How will you rate Len­ovo’s En­ter­prise Chan­nel pro­gram? How will you dif­fer­en­ti­ate it from the other prom­i­nent ven­dors you are aligned with? What is the scope for im­prove­ment in Len­ovo’s En­ter­prise Chan­nel pol­icy? Amit:

Shree IT So­lu­tions is part­ner in com­mer­cial chan­nel and En­ter­prise busi­ness. Over­all poli­cies of Len­ovo is great, in com­par­i­son to others com­pet­i­tive brands, Len­ovo’s poli­cies are more friendly and sat­is­fac­tory. The pro­gram’s fo­cus is on help­ing us to grow and en­gage with our team mem­bers.

What are the key thrust ar­eas in the FY17? What are your busi­ness strate­gies for ex­pan­sion? Amit:

We are pri­mar­ily fo­cus­ing on ac­quir­ing some new clients in LE & VLE seg­ment. We want to en­ter there as so­lu­tion part­ner. Se­condly, we want to en­hance our pres­ence on server and stor­age busi­ness. For ge­o­graph­i­cal ex­pan­sion front, we are wait­ing for GST to be im­ple­mented.
