Bhavesh: SAP HANA Infrastructure and Green Building Infrastructure opportunities was key growth drivers for Microhard since last 1 Year, we won some very good deals on these. Can you elaborate on Microhard IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.’s portfolio of solutions and service offerings?
Bhavesh: We are 20 Years experienced IT solutions provider company, our consultative approach makes us partner to the clients for guiding them through analyzing, planning, supplying, deploying and maintaining their IT infrastructures, we believe to provide reliable, secure and cost effective IT solutions on which clients can trust and run their business without worrying about IT.
Providing complete IT Infrastructures solutions starting from Structure Networking, DC Build, Data Centre Hardware, Virtualization, Client Compute, IT Security, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Cloud Options for Co-Locations and Application Hosting, Implementation Services and many more which requires for build Enterprise IT.
We are enjoying 99% Customers retention and satisfaction ratio, we also recognized as an “Most Trust IT Solution Provider” in this region. Can you explain Microhard IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd’s business alignment with Lenovo? Which Lenovo offerings do you position in the market?
Bhavesh: We are Lenovo’s platinum business partner and doing Lenovo’s commercial and enterprise business since Lenovo’s inception in India, and since two years we recognized as best Lenovo partner who is doing highest workstation business and recently we won some prestigious orders of SAP HANA Infrastructure with Lenovo, which makes Lenovo as preferred OEMs. What are the key transformations you have observed in Lenovo’s server strategy post IBM’s x86 Server Business acquisition?
Bhavesh: Lenovo is aggressive and focused for their enterprise business, our last enterprise orders proves this, but we are still expecting some changes which makes Lenovo the solution company. What are Microhard IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd’s key focus areas for growth and expansion in FY 2017? Bhavesh: IT Infrastructure for SAP HANA, Green Building Projects and Cloud Opportunities will be focus area for us during next 1 year.
