LED Interesting Products

An LED umbrella is not too different in terms of its primary function, when compared to any other type of umbrella. It may sport similar features, like being collapsible and protecting users from the sun and rain. The major difference is that it features LEDs, which gives it a unique aesthetic appearance.

The LEDs are a source of light on the umbrella itself, and need a small power source to keep them lit. These lights can last for a relatively long period of time. Typically, the LEDs are lined up along the canopy of the umbrella, along the outer edge. LED umbrellas sometimes also have LEDs inside the shaft of the umbrella.

An umbrella that sports many LEDs connected along the ribbing and outer edge of the canopy is meant to increase the visibility of the person wielding the umbrella at night or in situations where visibility is low, which is why the colours used most frequently are yellow and white.
