The new Yeti is powered by the 2.0TDI engine that develops 108.5bhp for the 4x2 version, and 138bhp for the 4x4 version, mated to a six-manual transmission. There are no variants to choose from as the 4x2 and 4x4 come in just the topspec Elegance trim . The 4x4 trim comes with a new 5th gen Haldex differential and various off-roading assists like uphill start assistant, ASR (for better grip on mud), an ABS tuned for off-road conditions, and downhill assist. The 2015 update features design changes that recall the Skoda VisionC concept, while the prominent fog lamps next to the headlamps on the earlier Yeti, have been replaced by more traditional items. On the inside, the steering, touchscreen infotainment screen and keyless entry are new.
