THROUGH THE LENS, CONTENTEDLY
As an amateur photographer armed with a compact camera, I read a lot on photography so that I can soon move on to the expensive DSLRS. I learnt a lot through the story on lens in your November issue (“Advantage of the third eye”). Photography is such an exciting hobby, very costly too. But I know that if I have to derive maximum satisfaction out of my hobby, I have to try out a lot of things, like using—or at least understanding the use of—different lenses: telephoto, short zooms, fixed aperture,
wide angle, etc.
