In­ter­sog Set a task on this app and it tells you the progress of the same in the form of charts and sta­tis­tics. The tasks can be di­vided into cat­e­gories like work, trans­ports, health and even sleep or rest. So four hours into a sched­uled eight-hour nap, the app will tell you that you are half­way through your nap. There is also a cal­en­dar, but with only a monthly view. Tasks can be backed up to Drop­Box, but to sync with the Google or iOS cal­en­dar you will need to up­grade to a pro ver­sion. This clean-look­ing app lets you add ap­point­ments, meet­ings on spe­cific days and will alert you hours be­fore the event. Alerts can be cus­tomised with sched­ules, re­peats and even URLs and notes can be added to re­mind you of re­lated info. The plan­ner has daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views. Sim­ple, but serves the pur­pose well.

This is a de­tailed plan­ner with many fea­tures oth­ers have set aside for their paid ver­sion. For in­stance, this app lets you add steps to tasks. The project dash­board tells you tasks for the day, for the week as well as those that are over­due and listed. Im­por­tant tasks can be flagged and seen sep­a­rately. There is a project tab where you can see all tasks, even those which have been deleted. Plus, you can also add con­texts to tasks.
