Intersog Set a task on this app and it tells you the progress of the same in the form of charts and statistics. The tasks can be divided into categories like work, transports, health and even sleep or rest. So four hours into a scheduled eight-hour nap, the app will tell you that you are halfway through your nap. There is also a calendar, but with only a monthly view. Tasks can be backed up to DropBox, but to sync with the Google or iOS calendar you will need to upgrade to a pro version. This clean-looking app lets you add appointments, meetings on specific days and will alert you hours before the event. Alerts can be customised with schedules, repeats and even URLs and notes can be added to remind you of related info. The planner has daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views. Simple, but serves the purpose well.

This is a detailed planner with many features others have set aside for their paid version. For instance, this app lets you add steps to tasks. The project dashboard tells you tasks for the day, for the week as well as those that are overdue and listed. Important tasks can be flagged and seen separately. There is a project tab where you can see all tasks, even those which have been deleted. Plus, you can also add contexts to tasks.
