It also lists the calo­ries counts of var­i­ous food items. Then there are first aid apps that guide you with ba­sic steps to be fol­lowed while wiat­ing for help to arrive in case of an ac­ci­dent or an­other med­i­cal emer­gency. How­ever, blood pres­sure and su­gar mon­i­tor apps need to be paired with ac­ces­sories to be ef­fec­tive.
