Gadgets and Gizmos (India) - - FIRST TAKE -

Facebook has finally rolled out 360-degree photos. The social networking giant is now allowing users to upload and view 360-degree photos right in their News Feed. Users have to capture a panorama or 360-degree photo on their smartphone by either using the default camera or any third party apps such as 360 photo app or 360 camera, and upload it directly to Facebook like a regular image. Facebook will automatically convert it into an immersive 360 photo. The 360-degree photos are easy to identify in the News Feed as they have a compass icon on the right side of the photo. These photos can be viewed by clicking and dragging on the web, and tapping and dragging the photo or by moving the device on a smartphone.
