FITBIT WILL LAUNCH CHARGE 3, its most ad­vanced tracker, in In­dia in Novem­ber. Charge 3, which fea­tures swim-proof de­sign with up to sev­en­day bat­tery life, has been priced at Rs 14,999. Boast­ing a touch-screen dis­play, it fea­tures 15+ goal-based ex­er­cise modes, es­sen­tial smart fea­tures to stay con­nected and Fitbit’s most ad­vanced sen­sor and al­go­rithm tech­nol­ogy in a tracker.

It is crafted from light­weight ma­te­ri­als, in­clud­ing aero­space grade alu­minium case and Corn­ing Go­rilla Glass 3 dis­play. The touch­screen dis­play is 40 per cent larger and brighter than its pre­de­ces­sor. Fitbit also fea­tures re­designed soft­ware, shows grayscale graph­ics with new play­ful an­i­ma­tions and graph­ics. Fitbit has also en­hanced its 24/7 PurePulse heart rate tech­nol­ogy for even greater ac­cu­racy dur­ing ex­er­cise com­pared to Charge 2, and pro­vides a bet­ter mea­sure of calo­rie burn and rest­ing heart rate to op­ti­mise work­outs and un­cover health trends.

It will be avail­able across Re­liance Dig­i­tal, Croma, He­lios and other ma­jor re­tail­ers off­line and on­line on Ama­zon and Flip­kart. The com­pany is also bring­ing ac­ces­sories bands with the Clas­sic Band priced at ` 2,990, Wo­ven Band priced at ` 3,490 and Leather Band at ` 4,490.
