Good step on Good Governance Day
now, the central government employees will use a human resource portal to apply for leave and manage related services. The portal is called the electronichuman resource Management system (e-hrms) and was launched by the ministry of personnel, public grievances and pensions on the occasion of good governance day on december 25. Through this portal, central government employees will be able to not only see all their details related to service book, leave, GPF, salary etc., but can also apply claims, reimbursements, loan, advances, leave, leave encashment, LTC advances, tour etc. on a single platform. The system is designed in a way to obtain all management related inputs/reports through its dashboard and all pendency of data updating as well as claims will be seen online by senior authorities that will instil more responsibility and accountability among all government servants.
