Bodycraft Salon threw open its doors to a swanky new place, which is spread across 4,000 sq.ft, on August 19, 2013 at Indiranagar, Bangalore. Housing well-known brands such as Vidal Sassoon, Sebastian Professional and SP Alchemy, the salon promises to provide luxury haircare and cutting edge hair fashion. At the launch event, the Bodycraft Salon and the Wella Professionals teams presented a show based on the Art theme. The salon space was divided into zones wherein models displayed various forms of hair fashion as the expert stylist explained the looks and techniques. Bodycraft Salon has a team of over 70 stylists, including many veterans who have trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy. The styling zone showcased avant garde hair fashion. The looks were created using world-class products from Sebastian Professional, which is the gold standard at prestigious fashion events such as the London and New York Fashion Weeks, and

has won the Vogue Beauty Awards for three years in a row. Model Jackie Besterwitch was the showstopper for this zone while Carol Tall, Sebastian Education Trainer for P&G explained the looks.

Bodycraft presented creative cuts and colours, featuring the most fashionable looks from across the globe, in the enhance zone. The highlights of this zone were pixie crops, asymmetric bobs and the Ombre colour technique. Models Apoorva Vishwanath and Vidisha Pavate flaunted hot trends created by Swati Gupta, Creative Director, Bodycraft Salon, and Saul Kayina, Head — Bodycraft Salon. Swati is also on the Global Alchemy panel and is India Brand Ambassador for SP Alchemy.

The SP Alchemy zone presented luxury hair spa for hair and scalp benefits. Each treatment is a unique combination of infusions customised to suit individual needs. Each look displayed by the models in this zone was a reflection of the natural beauty of hair. SP Alchemy experts Moi and Daisy used a scientific diagnosis method for client consultation.

Swati along with Manjul Gupta, Founder-Director, Bodycraft Salon, played hosts for the evening. The event also had a presentation on the evolution of Bodycraft Salon that was creatively amalgamated with a dance performance by Nrityaruta.
