Things that I loved

Hair - - Experiential -

1 The vibes! As soon as I entered, the place completely calmed me down. I selected the de-stress massage, since it does not involve a change of clothes, and uses aromatic oils that are quickly absorbed by the skin, leaving it smooth and non-greasy.

2 The bed strewn with rose petals came in as a pleasant surprise. Therapists Manita Khati and Heena Shaikh, were extremely warm. While Manita began with a reiki healing for my forehead, Heena started off with a relaxing massage for my feet.

3 With utmost skill and expertise, the therapists worked on my knots. They knew the exact stress points that needed to be worked on, too.

4 The de-stress massage worked wonders for my shoulders, neck, hands and feet, relaxing the muscles, restoring the energy flow to the body and calming my mind.

5 Nalini suggested an optional hair and scalp massage for healthy, lustrous tresses. The application included a cooling combination of an Arnica and aloe vera-based hair gel, and ayurvedic and essential oils with a coconut oil base. The massage was spellbinding!

6 The 50-minute de-stress massage concluded with a warm cup of herbal tea and a chat with Nalini herself. That night, I had the sleep of a lifetime!
