Here are a few home remedies which may help: • Mash banana with milk and apply it on the face. Leave it for 20 minutes
and rinse with cold water. • Make a fine paste of walnut powder, lemon juice and honey (one teaspoon each). Scrub the body with the paste. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with cold water. • Mix yellow gram ( chana dal), green gram ( moong dal), fenugreek seeds ( methi) in equal proportion. Get this mixture floured. Use this flour as a scrub while taking a bath instead of a soap or body wash. • Mix few drops of coconut oil in little water. Rub this all over the body at the end of the bath or shower. Dab the body with towel. This will naturally increase the skin’s moisture level.
