Dr. Blossom Kochhar suggests a few easy do-it-yourself blends:
Dry Skin: Mix one teaspoon of sesame seed oil, one teaspoon of cream and 2-3 drops of sandalwood oil. Apply on skin, leave for 15 – 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Normal skin: Add a pinch of turmeric to a paste of one tablespoon of sesame seed oil. Apply on skin, leave it for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off. Oily skin: Mix turmeric, mint and sesame seed oil along with a few drops of lemon juice in it. Apply on skin, leave it for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off. Skin with wrinkles and fine lines: Mix one teaspoon each of sesame seed oil, castor oil and add two drops of lavender oil to it. First massage your face, followed by a hot compress and then wipe it off after 20 minutes.
