Body lotion Sunscreen
Squeeze a dollop of body lotion, preferably after a shower when the skin is damp, for better results. Leave it on for a few minutes tes before rubbing off any excess. Pick a good broad-spectrum sunscreen, which will give you protection from both UVA and UVB rays and which has a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 30. Apply a generous amount at least 20 to 30 minutes before stepping out. Sunscreens can be applied liberally followed by a re-application every two hours or after a swim or a workout as water and sweat makes it less effective.
