Milkmaid braid

Hair - - In The Spotlight -

“Braids are timeless and offer that fuss-free twist to any style,” says Sebastien Cousin, Style Director, JeanClaude Biguine Salon & Spa, India. “The milkmaid braid gives a boho-chic and retro-hippie look. It has a Grecian feel to it and is easy to style.” Start by blow-drying your hair to give it straight texture and apply Kérastase Elixir Ultime to smoothen it. Section your hair along the hairline in front, on either sides, and keep it loose. Tie a low ponytail at the nape of your neck. If your hair is long enough, braid it and add the braided hair extensions on the top. If you have short hair, hide the rest of the hair after tying the ponytail underneath and use only the extensions. Take three equal strands of hair and start braiding the hair, adding an extra strand from the two other sections to the middle strand, every two braiding step. Direct the braid till the entire length of the hair. Take the braid and clip it behind at the back. Take it on top and around your head and clip its end. Now add the extensions and repeat the step.”
