Wella Pro­fes­sion­als took an­other step in its march to greater heights as the brand an­nounced the launch of its first ed­u­ca­tion cen­tre in Chen­nai. The gala launch event re­ceived an overwhelming re­sponse and par­tic­i­pa­tion from top sa­lons of city — Nat­u­rals, T&G, Kanya-Bounce and Green Trends to name a few.

Lo­cated in the city with the best in class in­fra­struc­ture, the cen­tre aims at nur­tur­ing the next gen­er­a­tion of hair­dressers, sa­lons and stylists through prod­uct in­no­va­tion, com­pre­hen­sive train­ing, in­creased in­ter­na­tional ex­po­sure and in­dus­try-ac­claimed cre­ative plat­forms. With Wella Pro­fes­sion­als’ exclusive tie-up with Sas­soon, Chen­nai’s promis­ing hair­styl­ists will have ac­cess to the pres­ti­gious academy.

Guest of honor Rob Samet, Coun­try Man­ager, P&G Sa­lon Pro­fes­sional, In­dia, said: “Chen­nai has been a very sig­nif­i­cant mar­ket for us and we look for­ward to launch more ser­vices here. In­no­va­tive train­ing will be at the core of this ed­u­ca­tion cen­tre.”
