Yes, we mean the widow’s peak… a concern that’s as depressing as its name! Styles such as the super-cute fringes or sexy bangs are almost unimaginable for someone who’s born with that stubborn widow’s peak. Zingranwon Shatsang, Creative Director, Zido Salon, says, “It’s a misconception that someone with a widow’s peak can’t get a bold fringe. Whether it’s blunt or side-swept, ask your hairstylist for a heavier or thicker fringe.”

“To style the fringe, simply wet the area before applying a the product and dry the fringe against your forehead. You can also opt for a longer fringe that starts from the cheek area and moves into your lengths. This looks great when worn in a middle parting, with slightly undone waves. To achieve this boho look, make a middle parting, then spritz some salt spray on the lengths and a root lifter on the roots. Later, scrunch and diffuse dry your hair from side-toside. Finish with a lightweight hairspray.”
