Apply a good volume-enhancing blowdrying product on damp hair.
Rough dry the hair until about 80% dry. Using a round brush, blow-dry away from the face, lifting at the roots to give some height.
Work from the bottom up to the top, shaping the shorter lengths away from your face, until the hair is fully dried.
Separating the front away from the back and splitting down the middle, start with the top area and take a diagonal section from the parting to the ear and wrap the hair around a curling wand from the fat end to the thin end.
Hold for a couple of seconds before releasing the hair and then keep working in sections towards the back, always working the wand away from the face. Complete on the other side.
Turn your head upside down and shake a volumising dust liberally over your tresses.
Shake it out, turn your head back up and lightly comb through with a wide tooth comb.
Spray a firm hold hairspray on the inside of your first two fingers. Then, take the shorter pieces of hair and sweep them back. This will hold the style in place.
