The right regime
• Always take your make-up off with a remover. Water and soap aren’t enough and leaving the make-up or its traces on is not an option. Sleeping with make-up on can give rise to serious skin problems such as rashes, acne and sensitiveness. Always read up about the products you wish to use. While organic products are ideal, you can go for non-comedogenic, anti-allergenic and paraben-free make-up, too.
