This pose, known as the Camel Pose, im­proves the blood flow to the brain and in turn aids hair growth and its health, thus curb­ing hair loss.

Kneel on a mat with your spine erect, keep­ing the thighs at a 90 de­gree an­gle from the ground. Place your hands on the waist, with the thumb be­hind and other fin­gers in the front. In­hale deeply and slowly arch back­wards. Hold your heels with your hands or even stretch fur­ther to touch the soles. The eyes must face the ceil­ing. Hold this pose for 30-60 sec­onds and breathe nor­mally. Ex­hale slowly and re­turn to the kneel­ing po­si­tion.
